CDR Kenneth W. Wheaton, U.S. Navy (retired), of Glen Rock, Pa., died Jan. 18, 2013, at home surrounded by family. He was born Sept. 8, 1941, in New York, New York, the son of the late Walter and Agnes (Stephens) Wheaton. He was the older of two children. On June 26, 1965, he married Phyllis B. Snyder, who survives.
