Edna Jean Darrin, 66, of 2501 County Route 54, passed away Friday (January 17, 2014) at McAuley Manor in North Hornell.
Born in Hornell, April 27, 1947, the daughter of John and Ruth Bathrick Blowers, she had resided in Eden and Bliss prior to moving to the Hornell area in 1968. She had been employed as a Deli manager for the Convenient Food Mart in Hornell,
She was predeceased by her parents and her husband Cecil Darrin in 2000.
She is survived by her son, Rodney Darrin of Hornell, her sisters, Mary (Sam) Bennett of Springwater, and Joanne (James) Stang of Colden. 4 brothers, Larry (Johann) Blowers of Arizona, John Blowers of Hamburg, Robert (Linda) Blauers of Canisteo and Daniel (Lisa) Blowers of Avon, Grandchildren, Bethany Jean Darrin of Hornell, Julianna Zalinski of New Jersey, and Payton Darrin of Hornell, nieces and nephews.
