Wegemann, 81, of Cohocton died at home Aug. 27, 2014.Winifred was born April 10, 1933 in Staten Island, N.Y. the daughter of the late Marvin E. and Theresa (Denfield) Thomas Sr. She was married June 22, 1955 at Mitchell Air Force Base to the late Maj.
