PENN YAN — Charlotte L. Smith, 93, of 10 Chapel Street and a long-time resident of Wellsville passed away on Wednesday (November 26, 2014) in the Keuka Comfort Care Home in Penn Yan following a long illness. She was born in Elmira on March 27, 1921, the daughter of John and Louise Zimdal Jamieson. On May 29, 1942 in Elmira she was married to Claude A. Smith who predeceased her.
