Amy M. Drake Angelica Amy M. Drake, 43, of 113 North Street, passed away Friday (December 19, 2014) after a brave and courageous battle with breast cancer. Born in Wellsville, March 18, 1971, she was a lifelong area resident, graduating from Angelica Central School “Class of 1989”. She was a member of the Angelica Baptist Church, and was previously employed at the former Steuben Educators, Bath National Bank, and the Evening Tribune in Hornell. Amy’s calling in life was to be a wife and mother. She cherished every moment that she had with her husband, children and her entire family. They truly were the center of her life, and she will be greatly missed. She is survived by her husband Jason Drake, whom she married September 3, 1999, her daughter Alexis Drake, her son Spencer Drake, her mother Betty White Patterson of Angelica, her sister Tiffany (Mark) Gordon of Belmont, and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. The family will be present from 4-7pm Sunday, December 21, 2014, at the Brown & Powers Funeral Home, 101 West Avenue, Angelica, where Funeral services will be held on Monday, December 22, 2014 at 12:00 PM, with the Rev. David Ford, and Rev. Marc Chamberlain officiating. Burial will be in Until the Day Dawn Cemetery.
